What budget do you have in mind? Were you looking at staying in a
3 star hotel, 4 star, 5 star etc. Do you want to be close to the main tourist area of Kuta?
If you are interested in 3 star accomodation in a great location then I can recommend The Bali Garden Hotel. BGH is located across the road from Waterbom Park, is next door to Centro (Kartika Plaza) shopping centre, you can also walk to the main street of Kuta and Matahari's shopping Centre. This hotel is beach front with clean rooms and good breakfasts included.
