Go to any bank in Australia that provide transfer on Western Union. The person should be able to get the money in 2hours after you do the transfer. You will be given a 10digit nbr and you need to tell the other party the nbr and your full name for him/her to collect the money inBali. Of course the person will have to go to a bank that deals with Western Union over there. Its fast.
