I'm in SA and have only ever seen them for sale at Parabanks in Salisbury. I have heard a rumour though, that soon a lot of imported cigs will not be sold here unless the manufacturers agree to put the warning pictures on the tops of the packets.
I reckon I pay about $11 a packet if I buy Sampoerna here. Way back in 1992 I was paying Rp500 per packet!!! Was about 30 cents at the time!
