Used them on last 4 trips and had no probs. Just to let you know, that when you book with them, they take credit details and the full amount is taken out as soon as your hotel is confirmed. I have found that some hotels do not advertise the rate for the coming months in advance, and if you enter your travel dates the price is alot more expensive then cuuent rate. Be patient and wait till your dates are advertised on the main page, it will save you a fortune. Cheers.
