Ingredient List
1 Tablespoon Water
2 Teaspoon Cornflour
1 Teaspoon Oil sesame
2 Tablespoon Oil peanut
1 Tablespoon Mirin
2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoon Oyster sauce
1 Cup Chicken stock
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Handfull Corn (baby)
0.5 Kg Chicken thigh fillets
1 Handfull Mushrooms
1 Handfull Brocolli
1 Handfull Carrots
1 Handfull Snow Peas
Instruction
Cut all veges to equal, bite-sized pieces.
Wash and dry.
Thinly slice chicken.
Slice onions and crush garlic.
Heat wok to very hot.
Add some oil and stir-fry onions for 1 minute. Add garlic and toss.
Add vegtables, toss and stir them quickly.
Remove when half cooked (roughly 2-3 minutes).
Add remaining peanut oil and sesame oil.
Add meat and stir-fry.
Add the stock and sauces, then the vegetables.
Mix the cournflour with the water and add to thicken.
Servie immediately with jasmine rice.
Notes:
* Substitute any meat you like (beef, pork, prawns, etc.)
* Chopped chillis can be included with the onions for some extra spice.
