Skywest recently appointed a board member from the expanding Singapore based Tiger Airways, which is 49% owned by Singapore Airlines. Although Advent is said to have majority Australian shareholders it is based in Singapore. Could we be seeing the start of some fancy corporate footwork by Singapore Airlines to get a slice of the action in Australia?
