There is a tiny shop on Jalan Laksmana - called 'St Isidor' who specialise in making covers/pillows etc out of Indian sari material.
I have been there twice and had 4 doona sets made for a queen size bed.
The sari is the middle panel and then you choose 2 other colours of cotton material for the side panels. They are absolutely lovely and have fasteners that are like old metal coins at the end of the cover. We just took the exact size of what we wanted and they were made to order in ~3 days. Cost was 400,000 Rp and a work of original art. They have the girls sewing on the machines upstairs.
Address is: Jl Laksmana, Seminyak - opposite 'Wrap a Snapper' restaurant. Is right at the start of the street on the left hand side at the Jl Seminyak end, near the corner of Jalan Drupadi.
