You can buy fireworks and sparklers from most stalls. My son always spends up and when we go over to lembongan he lets some off every night on the beach until the they are gone. One word of caution though, make sure there are no grass roof buildings close to where you are lighting them, we had one go off not in the direction intended and went very close to a roof, luckily it just missed.
