but with Garuda as "c and k" said there is little or no luggage allowance for children under the age of 2 years but you are allowed to take a stroller which doesn't count against your weight. They also do not allow you to take your stoller any further than the luggage check in counter. If you really must have a stroller while waiting in the departure lounge then Garuda offer the use of one of their airport strollers. We always just carried our son when he was a baby. The first time we took our son we packed everything but the kitchen sink even though we had been over 10 times previously - we didn't really know what baby stuff we could and couldn't get up their. The next time we cut right back and didn't take much at all. Most things are available up there. Your will have a great time
