Spoke to Qantas this week. As a Q Club member flying Jetstar you can use lounge from Australian departure city. If flying Jetstar Star Class, same applies.
However,at the moment, you can only use the associated lounge in Denpasar if your flight is a Qantas flight (that is, prefixed by QF). Jetstar is not a QF prefix so if you are flying Jestar, no matter what the class and no matter whether you are a Q Club member, there are currently no lounge facilities offered.
Of course you can try to buy your way in as has always been the case...!
