It is a fixed price store - 2 floors full of such goodies, you just need to hunt down each aisle to find what you are looking for.

If you want something more up-market, then I would recommend Haveli for some beautiful napery. Shimmery fabric in all the colours of the rainbow. There is one shop along Jalan Raya Seminyak, on the left hand side as you head north, not far from Cafe Moka. Or there is a 'seconds' shop at Jalan Kunti No.36 - they have less selection, but much cheaper prices.
