It looks okay if you go with Air NZ or Qantas fro Auckland to Syd then direct to Denpasar. This is available in March at least as I have just booked .
Stopovers very short in Syd.
After all the talk there is still direct to Denpasar from Sydney by the looks of things.
Cost $1200 plus taxes.
