when we first arrived and checked in we thought it was very old, run down. in our room the tv didnt work, neither did the bar fridge or phone after telling reception evrything was fixed within 20 mins!!! it is a little old but you get what you pay for, the staff were gorgeous and we didnt eat too often at the restaurant. I wouldnt get a price with the hotel direct as when we asked the rate it was 4 times what we paid through the agent. As long as you are expecting budget accom it is ok to stay at but in that price range if you dont mind staying in Kuta i highly recommend Matahri Bungalows, it was cheaper, the staff wonderful and i fing location ideal.
