If it's a place some of us have experience of, then we may know if they are generally reliable or not. Print out their confimation of your booking, always good to have something in writing. Re-confirm a few times between now and next April and see if their responses are prompt, accurate and businesslike. We'd do this anywhere, wouldn't we, not just in Bali.
