I always preferred the lounge on same level as shops, but last month I ventured into the Prada downstairs as well. It has been totally revamped, is modern, clean, has a better choice of nibbles and hot food.
However I still like the fact that the one upstairs almost opposite Prada has 2 levels.(Not sure if it's Premiere) Also you can make your own drinks whereas at Prada you have to ask for them .
Do what I do, go into 1 have a look around, then go into the other saying you just want to check if your friends are there. They will let you as you have a legitimate lounge pass.
Neither are great on International Lounge standards, but are still better than sitting outside.
