Are you from Perth because if you are building a trike then there is a place in Cannington that builds trikes and has all of the above requested. It called Custom Trike Australia.(Fiora Machinery)I think it on Sevenoaks Rd.
We have a trike and we did get most of our Volkswagon engine parts in Bali, the shop is in Denpansar. Its a very small shop and if you ask a well experienced driver he will know where it is. I can get you the name of the place if you like.
