You don't have to have any injections for travel to Bali, but I think it would be very unwise not to.
We always have our Tetanus, Typhoid, Hepatitis A & B shots up to date. Some of these last up to 10 years, so once you've had them they will give you good cover for a fair while.
You never plan on getting sick, or cutting your foot, or something similar, but in case you do, it's best to help yourself as much as possible by having your injections beforehand.
As I said at the start, the vaccinations, like insurance, are not essential, but you would be stupid not to have them. That way you can relax a lot more and just enjoy your holiday in Bali.
