Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B combined.
These are taken in three doses.
Initial dose, 7 days later and then 28 days after the initial dose.
This will then last you ten years.
Hep A is essential; Hep B is recommended but is optional
Tetanus lasts 10 years and being 11 years old you should have this again.
Typhoid lasts 3 years and this dose can be combined with Hep A.
If you don't have these and you are not ill consider yourself lucky.
If you fall ill because you didn't have them you will be very, very sick. So why risk your health in a foreign country.
