I researched my wedding very thoroughly. Quotes i was getting were sometimes close to what you would pay here (although the venues were much better). No one came close to the quote I got from Keraton Jimbaran Resort. They use a wedding organiser just for the paperwork and you organise everything else direct with the hotel. Nothing too much trouble and no middle man. They were great, the venue (by the sea), table set up and food beautiful and the Hotel is very nice. I know people that were married at the Mandira and paid 3 times more than I paid at the Keraton (same amount of guests). If you contact them let them know that Wendy and Ross sent you.
