The costs may have increased since September this year, but then I paid about 280,000 rupiah each way - around $42 Australian bucks I think. I am in NZ.You may find it a bit cheaper if you are purchasing the return.
I have always found it cheaper to buy in Bali - from the Domestic terminal offices of Merpati or Wings companies - they have offices there. It will also be possible for you to purchase from a travel agent in Kuta - they may charge you a bit more - but its still cheap.
