Unfortunately no. You could catch a supply boat from Lembongan to Kusamba (?Kusumba) which is south of Pandang Bai and then ferry to Lombok and then a boat to Gili Trawagan. and the supply boat from Lembongan is a verrrry small outrigger, plenty of people catch it but I would be a bit scared.
The only other way would be back to Sanur and then road to Pandang Bai and Ferry to Lombock.
