We haven't stayed in Candi Dasa for a couple of years, but last time we were there he was operating out of the Puri Oka Hotel, which is just a few minutes walk from the north end of Candi Dasa main street. He sometimes stands with his Kijang in the main street when he's looking for business. He is a local from the CD area.
