We stayed there for three weeks 18 months ago. Staff where good and friendly ,food basic ,but there are plenty of other places to eat!,
Pool got quite warm (stayed Jan.). Just make sure you get a superior room as the standard rooms are old and basic. We have stayed at a lot worse hotels than Bakung Sari. We found it good value for the price !
I would suggest a 1st floor room , that way you don't have to climb more than 1 flight of stairs and if you get a ground floor room you have people walking past your door or window.
You should enjoy your stay, just as long as you don't expect 4-5 star accom. Hools
