1. We stayed in the family duplex room recently. Has only one small light in the room on the ground floor which is woefully inadequate. When we reported the matter, the management agreed to install another light, but by the time it arrived, we were through with our trip. They have the aircon only in the bedroom on the upper floor which is not enough to cool the lower room. They had a fan in the lower room which ran only at a fixed speed (which was very slow). The staff tried to set a higher speed but could no do so. I was told that the manager had instructed the staff to remove the chains by which the speed could be adjusted. The bathroom was a bit tired, the bath tub petty old and did not provide a comforatble feel while standing for a shower.
2. My friends stayed in a double room at the same hotel and this was much better than the family duplex room.
3. Suji Bungalow is a quite place. Spacious lawns, clean & sparkling pool. However, it gave an impression to be a place which has seen better days in the past. Agreed its a budget hotel, but with a little more effort and money, can be made better.
