is great for relaxing. We have been to Lovina twice, the first time we spent 2 nights in April and did the Dolphin watching (chasing) tour. The second time just a few weeks ago we spent 4 nights and just relaxed. We caught the Perma shuttle up and back which is great if you have a few hours to just sit in a bus and take in every sight possible. We enjoy it, others may think it is a waste of time as it does take an extra hour or so because it detours through Sanur and Ubud then stops at the Bedugal Markets for a 20 minute break. The break is well worth while as you get the chance to stretch your legs and visit Crackers Bar and the fabulous Western Toilets.
We found a hotel on the Beach at Lovina Bayu Kartika Cottages great little bungalows with nice outdoor bathrooms and fridge and Air con,fab pool and all for a huge sum of 150.000 RPH per room with great ocean view and the waves crashing at night. If you take a look try to get 101-106 rooms. These rooms are the pick of the hotel. They also have poolside Bungalows but with no view of the ocean.
The Hot springs are about 15 min from the hotel, just walk out of the hotel and ask a bemo or driver to take you here. There are plenty of restaurants to chose from and the Seafood is to die for.
Hope you have a great holiday.
