We did have a pizza poolside - a margharita and it was very nice. It cost 22,000Rp. We didn't have any other food there though.
You could get Bacon and Eggs for breakfast - the bacon tasted different to what we are used to - not as salty or smoked I think? But the Omlettes with the lot were my choice in the morning - but sometimes they ran out of cheese!
Bubba Gumps is still going strong - we went past it a lot but didn't go in.
And about Water Bom - you can get a voucher from the BGH that allows you to pay $15USD for adults and $9USD for kids and then the guy out the from of the BGH in a hut gives you a better entry fee than that. You pay him and he gives you a voucher to give at Water Bom. Means you don't have to line up and wait to get in and the exchange rate is a bit better than in Water Bom....just make sure you know the exchange rate of the USD when approached - I didn't so had to work it out and I am shocking with maths! But it was worth it!
