There is a public and a Perama ferry that leave daily for Nusa Lembongan from Sanur. They leave at 8am and 10am from the beach but don't return until the next day. Its a great place to stay overnight with accomodation ranging from $7 a night to $125US per night. The perama costs 70,000rp each way. We stay at a place called Puri Nusa which is along the beach nearly as far as the hotels go, its great and rooms range from 50,000rp to around 150,000rp. The front 2 bungalows have recently been renovated and now have air conditioning and hot water. You can hire motor bikes and pushies and go for walks, surf and you can also go on snorkelling trips to nusa Penida.And no shopping! We stay a fortnight but it is definatly worth staying a couple of nights.
