The closest beach is Seminyak, near La Lucciola.
But I didn't try to walk it. I would say would take 15-20 minutes, unless there is a way to go through back streets that might be quicker than going down Eat St toward the beach.
We didn't even know that anyone else was around in the complex - you have high walls surrounding each villa, so you don't notice anyone else! We didn't hear noise from music or neighbours during our stay at all. Friends of ours stayed in the largest villa about one year ago and they loved it. They had a bbq dinner arranged by the villa and couldn't speak highly enough of it and the staff.
Hope that helps a little bit more - it is always nice to hear from someone who has stayed somewhere before deciding to book.
