that the big concern is on return flights from Bali.You can not book your luggage straight thru on to the domestic flights & you MUST go thru customs etc when you first land in Australia. Flights are notoriously late leaving Bali & once you are late in to Sydney Your flight will not be given preference to land. There will be a great rush to collect luggage go thru customs & then to domestic terminal for local flight.
