NO it is NOT easy to find one in Bali unless you go to electrical stores, but chances are they are for motors with higher current rating. if you are using 110 VAC back home please check with your local store for a "step-up" transformer/converter, which can be used for 220-240 VAC supply (the voltage here in Bali)
when buying please double check that the output current (unit=mAh) should be sufficient for your electrical equipment you need to use. in case you have any further question please ask.
normally for notebook computer if you turn and look at the instruction written on the back of the power pack you will see they are universal converter, which means you don't need an extra voltage converter for that.
for power plug adapter YES you can find every where in Bali. hope that clarify your question.
