On ebay there is a listing which ends tomorrow for a 2 bedroom appartment at the jayakarta in legian for one week for $770.00.
I know you want to stay in legian, but I also noticed another listing on ebay for a Bali Villa in Kuta which sleeps up to 10 people for $100.00. per night - Looks great.
Just go to tickets and travel and type in Bali in the search.
