It is called Pasar Senggol and is past Jalan Raya Kuta - from the bottom of Kuta Square (Tuban end), we walked down Jalan Bakung Sari to the end and crossed over Jalan Raya Kuta. Continued on to the end and it is just there.
Hope this helps? There was another further down from that too - about 3 blocks and you had to turn left down quite a small road. Lots and lots of locals were eating there. We didn't try it as we had already had our meal at the other one.
