in room 112. This one is not on the road side of the hotel...our newly made friends had room 123 - just up the hall from us but they were on the roadside and said the music from whatever the bar is over past the sling shot was really disturbing. We barely heard it.
Our room was fantastic for us. We were more than happy with it although it was very tired looking. We are campers so it was much better than we are used to if you know what I mean? Some of the drawers were swollen so that they were difficult to use, some tiles were off and little things like that. BUT, they kept the room clean, gave us fresh towels when needed and we had fresh water available for drinking. The Hot and Cold Water machine did not do exactly what we thought but it supplied us with spring water that we decanted into a lemonade bottle and put in the fridge. We also requested a kettle from reception and then they supplied two coffee cups, instant coffee and tea. That was good.
The Air-Con lunch from Water Bom was fabulous for us. In fact, every day we would all go 'home' for some cooling R&R and cable tv - we don't have air-com here at home or cable tv! A treat all around!
