Yes she should definately have some paper work drawn up, as he most probably will have a claim on it. It should also state what is to happen with the property in the event that they both are no longer around. Otherwise again his family will be able to claim. It's very common practice to have these drawn up now in Bali, so a Notaris will be able to advise her in regard to areas she hasn't even thought of. Good Luck could be a touchy subject :)
