Yes - there is a laneway about 100 metres long to get to the main street, that is why the villas themselves are really quiet.
From memory, I do recall some lighting along the way, but no real traps to fall in - unlike some other lanes I have ventured along in the dark hours in Bali!! So relatively 'safe' from accidental trips.
Also, when we went out, the taxis did drive down the lane and deposit us directly outside the entrance or to our door, so no problems there. The staff are all really lovely, from the cleaning ladies to the pool boys and security guards. Very polite and always ready with a smile. Breakfast was cooked fresh each morning, at a time you determined the evening before - we tried both the full breakfast and continental and both really nice. I'm not a coffee drinker, as I take my own teabags with us, so can't comment on the coffee (sorry). The villas are spotless and well maintained, plus the manageress, Claire, is a fountain of knowledge for anything you might need from tailor to shopping spots.
The pool in the 3-bedroom villa is a plunge pool, you wouldn't be able to do any laps in it - just a small rectangle and again, very clean. The lounge area is HUGE and the kitchen is fully equipped. I really appreciated that the villa had an iron/ironing board - it is the first villa I have stayed where they do have one, so means I can pack more cotton gear next trip, that would normally arrive really crinkled in the luggage!
I never have seen the Wilsana - so I can't compare to Sienna.
We only had 3 of us using 2 bedrooms, and I believe Wilsana might be bigger than Sienna?? The villas are surrounded by high walls, so you don't even notice the neighbours. Also have mossie spray and personal repellent in the villa, as there are no mossie nets on the beds, but didn't have a problem at all.
Hope that helps with more info.
