Quality is not always that great.
I use Optus prepaid on the Turbo plan now as I could never get through on phonecards.

$50 top up credit gives you $300
$40 - $200
$30 - $120
Call cost $1.38 per min (not cheap but reception/line quality is always good)
Credit on the card has as to be used within a month or you lose it

An Indonesian friend where I live has just swapped to this in lieu of the phonecards he used to use as he could never get a good line to call parents & friends.

It's not raining yet..hot. :)
