help pls staying at MBR for family of 4

hi there, we have booked a family holiday staying at the MBR late January '07 (cant weait)& was booked before seeing anything on this great site. I have booked a package deal thru an Agent with 2 Standard rms (one for me & hubby) & the other 4 the kids. I have been reading prev comments about the "old suites & how big they are" but dont know if i should try & change with the Agent now or ask once we arrive over there. & roughly what the price difference may be? Any help is appreciated!!
