We have previously stayed at the hotel twice and are again booked in this December. We go as a couple so our needs will be different to your's as a family. We always stay in the deluxe rooms which are on the ground floor and only a few steps from the pool directly in front of these rooms. They have a kingsize bed with outdoor bathroom.I don't know about interconnecting rooms to accomodate a family, but an email to them should give you enough information.I have noticed they also use wotif if you are looking for a good deal, but we have always booked direct with the hotel. The food is good with a very good spread at breakfast which includes everything you could possibly want. The service is also friendly and efficient, and the staff also organize activities for adults and children alike. There is a regular, free bus service down to the Suites (and Club Splash) and to Sanur Village and Hardy's supermarket etc.You may purchase a food voucher which allows 50% discount on food eaten in the hotel's restaurants as well as room service. We usually mix it up and dine in-house as well as the restaurants just across the road from the hotel.Corridor (pre-order the ayam betutu ) and Agung and Su's Watering Hole are 2 of our favourites. When we were there in July alot of renovation work was being completed and seemed to be progressing well.If I can help further just ask. Marianne
