That's the one that runs from Jl Melasti and turns left to run paralell with Jl Legian. You can get into the back entrance of Aroma Cafe from here.
The hotel I think you mean is just past Camplanfg Mas and bext to Puri Etnik. Not good value for money in my opinion (if that's the one you mean.
