Hi Leo,
The Ubud Village has lovely green gardens. At the back, the property goes down into a ravine (the river flows there) and there are rooms built just down from the top of the slope, so there's a low wall there that is the boundary of the gardens of those rooms. You can see across the ravine to greenery in the distance.
In the interest of keeping you out of trouble with your wife I have put up some photos on as web page for you to look at. I took them in the gardens of Ubud Village in August.
