we stayed at the Pelangi in Seminyak in March and our son (2years) loved it. The pool is great. Nice size kids pool that is joined to the big pool with a swimup pool bar. The staff were wonderful and the restaurant catered to his every request (even icecream for breakfast). It is right on the beach and offers a free shuttle to and Kuta/Legian. The rooms were clean tidy. We had what I think they call a deluxe room. If has sort of a little loungeroom which they converted into a bedroom with its own TV. Another couple that we met at the pool said that they were upstairs in an ajoining room.
