Great hotel, you and the kids will have a great time. We stayed in adjoining superior rooms which was great for us and kids. Not sure about Balihai Suites.
Kids club is good, babysitters are excellent etc. etc. We tossed up going back but just preferred the slower pace up in seminyak. Asked travel agent for same as Balihai but in Seminyak.
The recommendations throughout the site seem accurate for what i have experienced. I have found what i was looking for so am pleased. Good luck and enjoy your holiday.
