from your Doctor. It can be one from overseas or your regular Doctor at home. I too fell sick about 19 years ago on a month long trip in England. Had a really bad case of "Bad Back". Never knew how it happened or how it fixed but never had it again, probably a caught nerve only lasted 3-4 days but I couldn't move. Had a Doctor called in and some exercises given to do. Fixed????? On return to Australia put in the sick note and the holiday days were reimbursed, next holidays just added the 4 days on.
