You can extend out your airfares out for 30 days on Cathay Pacific or 45 days on Singapore Airlines. I recommend Cathay because the routing is much easier on you. Only two legs instead of three and you arrive in Bali at 2:30 pm. You have a forced 20 hour stay in Hong Kong on the way home and Cathay will keep your bags for you and issue the boarding passes for both flights in Bali. It makes your day in Hong Kong quite simple and leaves you free to enjoy yourself. It also breaks up all the traveling. I booked with them last trip and all was perfectly handled.
