Continental Airlines flies thru Guam to Bali.They offer very reasonable Hotel airfare packages to Bali.You may want to break up your trip with a few days here on Guam.
If you come to Guam visit jeff's Pirates Cove in Ipan Talofofo.I have been to Bali many times and can reccomend great things to do there.
