Take a look at Alu Bali Villas - very luxurious and close to the beach and restaurants. We inspected them recently - only problem is the only air con is in the bedrooms - the living pavilions are open with no aircon. This is perhaps normal for most traditionally designed villas.
The Sunset Suite @ Bali Mystique looks nice - a penthouse suite not a villa - high up so you get some ocean breezes - air con, very big and very plush - has its own elevator.
Also heard good things about Villa Wilsana but haven't seen it myself.
