my kids are 3 & 6 have have been to the Dynasty 4 times, we have stayed other places but the dynasty is the best place we've stayed that caters for Adults and Kiddies.
They have a kids club, kids pool, toddler pool and a water slide that goes into the kiddies pool.
There is always people around the pool and pool bar and most have kids. The pool bar is a similar setup to the Bali Hai with a small toddler pool off to the side.
Every afternoon they have water volley ball etc for the grown up's.
I'd say a large percentage of guests are Australian families.
Saying all that I haven't stayed at the Jayakarta but have walked through in July and it appeared very quiet compared to the Dynasty Not sure if it was just that day or not (pool bar closed and not many people around the pool). We also walked through the Bali Hai 18 months ago and that also seemed quiet compared to the dynasty.
I guess it depends what you prefer. I am quite sociable so I like a few people around to talk to :)
