We have just returned from Bali, travlled with 10yr old and 2 1/2 yr old twins, stayed at the Jayakarta [4 stars] on border of legian and Seminyak.

The apartments have 2 bed rooms, ensuite, seperate kids bathroom, lngue with sofa (folds out as bed) and TV, dinning table and chairs, small kitchenette (microware, sink, dishes, small fridge). Parents room has own TV.

The hotel has 4 pools, including kids pool, kids corner, baby sitting (7,500 Rup per child, min 6 hours), 3 restaurants, kids playground. Although its located in sand, so the kids get very dirty. The only issue is the apartments are at teh front of the hotel and the pool and restaurants are at the front, a little walk, but makes them quieter.

Found a nice restaunt across the road from the hotel, "Topi Koki" nice food and service and has an area at the front the kids can play, away from the rood. Most restaurants front right onto the road, did not feel comfortable with kids and risk of straying onto road.

Hope this helps, plan to go back next year.
