We have met this guy a few times outside the Jayakarta. He has been very interested in my 13 year old boy who happens to be a good tennis player. He would watch us play and then offer to coach my son. He is a complete pain in the arse and I had to get very aggressive with him to leave us alone. He even followed us in to a restuarant where we had to get him removed. Tall with long hair, quite muscular and good looking. Definitely creepy , maybe harmless but very strange.
