as per advise from our travel agent. We paid in AUD currency and were short changed $10 even though the change was given in Ruphia. Many reports on this forum have also indicated that other currencys are accepted. Personally I am not concerned about the extra $10 they gained from me, but if it was charged as a cash advance to my visa then I also would not be happy. I believe that most forms of payment are accepted and the USA dollars is not the only way that they ask people to pay!
